I called your company to
clean a lot that I owned and was trying to sell. I was very skeptical
at first because I had no idea what I should pay for such a
service, but Anena was so helpful in explaining the entire
pricing structure that I scheduled the work to be done that day.
I drove by the lot later that afternoon and the work crews had
finished clearing the lot and were already gone. The price was
well within my budget and the lot sold two weeks later.

Special thanks to the crew of guys who helped me clean out
my rental property in Pacific Beach. My heart was broken
when I saw all of the trash and furniture left behind by
the previous tenant, but they put a smile back on my face
when I drove up to the property to find them sweeping the
last of the debris from the
driveway, now that's a job well done!

Pricing clearly defined, great service and follow
through, wish I knew about them 6 months ago.
Doing business with the folks at Express Hauling
was an absolute pleasure. They have a web site
with all pricing clearly displayed, they answered
the phone (surprising in this business) when I
called, made an appointment for the same day and
completed the work just like I had asked them to,
I should have done this 6 months ago.

I was going to break out the concrete in my back
yard by myself (with a sledge hammer) over the
summer but decided to let your guys come and do
the work instead. They showed up with 3 big
trucks, a Bobcat and a crew of 5 guys, less than 2
hours later all of the concrete was gone and the
guys were sweeping the excess dirt off the street
and sidewalk. I have to say (and my wife agrees)
Express Junk Removal may well have saved my marriage.
